HID Lights

I would like to put some HID lights on my MudPro for night ridding, but have heard that they may melt the wiring harness. I don't do a lot of ridding at night, but when I do, I would like the extra light, without problems.

Thanks, I just heard someone say that, and was wondering if anyone else had that problem. I gotta get my truck fixed, EGR cooler went out, and then maybe I can find some change in the couch for my lights!!

I'll send you a PM on where I got my lights from. They are 29.99 a pair for the 35 watt HID's. I put them on my Can Am and they work great. Just have to do a little wiring on your on, mine was not a straight plug n play setup. Nothing you can't do with even a tiny amount of knowledge of wires.

30 bucks for a set of HIDs ain't bad. Let me in on that deal. I put a couple of 55 watt halogen lights on my Honda and can't keep the battery charged. I gotta do something different.

Mine were $60.. But they were plug n play.. www.tophidkits.com .. They have been GREAT !! Best $60 I ever spent on it !!! I see they are on sale right now too, $50... No wiring on these, plug in and go.. Also, I haven't had any problems at all from mine, even completely submerged in water..
